3: Q:What edition should I select when I want to reset Windows password by using this software?

A: It depends on your computer system. If your computer system is Windows 8/7/Vista/XP, you can choose the Professional version. If you're your System is Windows server 2008(R2)/2003(R2)/2000 and your computer is a domain controller, you can turn to the Ultimate or Special version. If you want to reset local password for Windows Server 2008(R2)/2003(R2)/2000, the Professional version will be your best choice. If you want to reset domain(Active Directory) account passwords for Windows Server 2008(R2)/2003(R2)/2000, the Ultimate version will be your best choice. 4. Q:The computer asks me for administrator password when I try to download or run the software. What should I do?

A: The computer asked for the administrator password was because it is under secure and when you are trying to run some program it will ask for the permission. And for this, you may download the program onto another computer and burn the disc then insert the burned disc to the locked one to reset the password.

8. Q:What's the difference between the trial version and full version?

A:The trial version of Windows Password Reset can only list all the user names of Windows, but cannot reset their passwords. The full version lists all user names and reset any password you would like to reset.
