Surface pro stops responding on login screen

“Hello. My Surface pro 3 often stop responding on login screen. I cannot login the windows and cannot reboot it. In a world, I cannot do anything with it. What can I do to solve the problem?”

Hello Dick, You can try the following ways to fix that issue.

1. Connect a USB keyboard to your surface, and then you can type in password and login your Surface. When I meet the problem as you, I use this way to fix it.
2. Upgrade the windows of your surface to the latest version. I think this way can fix the issue too, but I haven’t tried it.
