How to create a windows password reset disk on Mac

This tutorial describes how to create a windows password reset disk on Mac computer (Mac OS X, Mac OS X v10.0 or later). With that password reset disk, you can reset lost password for windows 10, 8, 7, vista, xp, 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012 and 2016.

• Option 1: Create a USB password reset disk
• Option 2: Create a CD password reset disk

1. Two steps to create a USB password reset disk

Step 1: Download Spower Windows Password Reset for Mac and install it on Mac computer.

Tips: You must uninstall the trial version before installing the full version.

Step 2: Run Spower Windows Password Reset, insert USB flash disk, clikc "Begin Burning" to create a USB password reset disk.

 

2. Create a CD password reset disk on Mac

Step 1: Download Windows Password Reset for Mac CD image trial version (Professional Edition, Ultimate Edition, Special Edition) to Mac computer. You need to send your order ID to us to got full version of Windows Password Reset for Mac CD image.

Step 2: Launch Disk Utility. Application - > Utilities -> Disk Utility.

2.3 Launch Disk Utility

 

Step 3: Insert a writable CD or DVD disc to CD/DVD-ROM.

Step 4: Add windows-password-reset-for-mac.iso to Disk Utility. Follow one instruction of the two below.

• Drag and drop windows-password-reset-for-mac.iso file to the left pane in Disk Utility.
• Menu -> File -> Open Disk Image - > Select windows-password-reset-for-mac.iso.

Step 5: Click windows-password-reset-for-mac.iso to make it selected.

Step 6: Click button to bring up burn setting dialog.

6.1 Keep setting as below, and click Burn button to start burning.

6.2 After burning successfully, take this disc to boot your windows computer and reset your windows password.
